Mingos Pure Filtered Water (Pty) Ltd, is a licensed bottled water company that focuses on providing high-quality, filtered water to our clients. The company uses a process called reverse osmosis, to purify drinking water by forcing untreated water molecules through a semipermeable membrane, thus removing up to 99% of all contaminants from municipal water.

In the market for high quality pure water, we are a renowned local business with a growing customer base. Mingos Pure opened its doors on 1 December 2021 and has been setting new standards for quality ever since. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)

The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in our water is 001. Normal tap water is 100+. The TDS is an indication of the sum of all the solids present in the water.

Perfect PH Balance

The normal PH balance of most water is between 6.5 - 8.5. The PH balance of our water is 8.1, which makes our water alkaline compliant.

Product Description

In order to provide safe and healthy drinking water in the form of packaged water (bottled water), a comprehensive risk assessment in the form of a water quality analysis was needed and subsequently done by Mingos Pure.

  • The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) are well below the limits. The TDS is an indication of the sum of all the solids present in the water.
  • The Fluoride, Sulphate, Nitrate and Chloride values, which will affect your acute and chronic health and aesthetic value also fell well below the limits.
  • The pH has a value of 8.1 and qualifies to be compliant with filtered water.
  • The metal concentrations all comply with the limits set out by the SANS 241-201.
  • The parameters that were analysed comply to the SANS 241-2015 for safe drinking.
  • The treated water at Mingos Pure Filtered Water (Pty) Ltd therefore complies to the SANS 1862:2003 for packaged water.
